Premium and Enterprise are available monthly or annually; Solo is annual only. Payments are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe — PlanoTrak never stores your card details.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your store account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, which is lost once performance begins with your express consent. The full text is in the Terms of Use.
Premium covers up to 20 users; Enterprise is unlimited. Workers and foremen join with a 6-digit invitation code from Settings → Invite Members.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. PlanoTrak complies with the GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019.
